Utilising live data, Limitless presents the brand insignia of the top 100 companies on the stock exchange, embossed in digital gold. Taking inspiration from the biblical story of The Tower of Babel, a symbol of humanity’s hubris and inexhaustible ambition, these gold bricks are compiled in the form of a tower. Company logos are arranged across the tower from top to bottom according to their current position on the stock index. Like Babel, this tower is never complete, always in a state of flux. Responding to the viewers touch, the logos of the companies displayed transform into golden portraits of the faces behind the company to shine a spotlight on the individuals whose ambition drives the economy.
